New Baby Again

Last Sunday, we received a text message from my mother-in-law that they found a car (second hand) for us. So yesterday (Tuesday), we went to their house to check it out.

It is only a second hand but it is still running fine. It was awesome! We call it pogi (handsome).

Excuse me for posting this, I know my post is not business article. But I'm really happy with our new baby.

Anyway, I have to check my system memory. I thinks I need to upgrade it.

I believed I already mentioned that I'll be starting to work again. Tomorrow will be my first day. I'm so excited because my work will not be a 8 hour job. I can go to work at 9am then I can go home once my aunt arrives the office. That would be around 1pm. In short, I can still go to some events.

The reason why I made this decision because my online earning is not that good as before. I need extra income so I can buy the Quoizel lighting.

And since it is Chinese New Year on the 26th, I better get ready for some diet pills as Chinese always serve festive foods throughout the New Years season. Certain foods are served because they symbolize abundance and good fortune.

Due Date is Near

Time really flies. I just paid some of my credit card bill, and now it is the last week of the month. It means another credit card bill I need to settle.

Due to some reasons, my online earnings are not enough to pay our bills. So I decided to take the job my auntie is offering me. I'll start on Monday. But it will not be a whole day job. So I can still do my online tasks.

Feeding Program Project For Cagayan De Oro Flood Victims

The news about the flood in Cagayan de Oro is very alarming. Due to the heavy rain there are lots of casualties, around 1,740 houses were damaged, 391 of them washed away by overflowing rivers or huge waves. Several barangay, municipal and provincial roads and bridges were reported unpassable by floods and landslide.

Chiq Montes, a fellow blogger has posted an announcement on plurk and her blog asking for donations in order to raise enough money for a Feeding Program this coming weekend. She is asking for 3 dollar donations via her paypal account : jamgfx@gmail.com.

As of the moment, a total of $163 has been raised to fund the Feeding Program Project and you can still help to feed more people by donating even a little $3 Paypal donation for the project. Let's extend a helping hand to our brothers and sisters in their time of need.

Credit card debt is perhaps the largest reason why so many of us go into debt every day. Yeah, that includes me. We started to use our credit for everything 4 years ago. And now I'm trap.

Another Google Page Rank Updates

Do you still remember the last Google pagerank update? It was last September 2008. I thought Google will start the Page Rank update by January 2009, but I was wrong. has actually started Pagerank update a bit earlier.

It appears Google has just completed a Page Rank Update on the last day of the year December 31, 2008.

Unfortunately my Biz N Honey dropped 1 rank: from PR 3 to PR 2.
But there's a good news in return. My Pinay Ads received its first page rank. Google gave 1 as its page rank.
And my husband's blog Techsterr.com is now a PR 1 blog.
