This is because, some amount of movement to your limbs is necessary between sedentary work hours. Mesh chairs must be fixed with wheels that are not too free-flowing.

Yesterday, I was one of the participants of Canon's PhotoMarathon. It's my first time to join this kind of event. So even I hadn't have enough sleep, I decided to go and join the Canon's PhotoMarathon.

The Canon Photo Marathon Philippines 2009 is a 1-day photo contest that lets you go out and shoot new images within the specified location or area. You’ll get the chance to compete against other photographers under strict contest deadlines as well. Just submit the images you’ve captured which will be subject to a panel of judges’ evaluation.

Data Loss

My husband's computer was corrupted by a virus. And it won't let him login. The only solution he got is to reformat his computer. Too bad he doesn't have an online backup for his files. He doesn't have any way to recover his files.

He advised my to always have a back up for my files. So in case of virus attack I can still recover my important files.

I’m a frustrated cook or better yet, chef. Whenever I have extra spare time, I love to cook, especially desserts. I have a sweet tooth, you know. My husband is my number one fan. Yes! He loves to taste and eat – or so I think - the desserts I cook or made.

From the name itself, it sounds really cheesy and yummy...hmmm, can’t wait to try it.
