eComEx 2008 will feature an online sellers’ bazaar where visitors can surf and shop for clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, gadgets, sporting goods, novelty items, desserts and many other unique and interesting products.
Visitors can also join e-biz seminars and workshops to learn about putting up internet businesses, securing online transactions, available technologies in ensuring and maintaining e-business, and many other eCommerce topics.
The 2-day event will be highlighted by the 1st fashion exhibition of online designers and sellers, and the 1st eDWARDS or eCommerce Development Awards, given to internet sellers for online store design and for product and service innovation.
eComEx 2008 will not only help educate Filipinos about digital trade, but it will also allow online sellers to connect with each other, exchange ideas, share experiences, and promote their products and services. Through eComEx 2008, event organizers, PiSO and Xend, hope to revolutionize the way Filipinos think and do business, and elevate eCommerce as a lifestyle for all Filipinos, ultimately towards making the Philippines the eCommerce hub of Asia.
eComEx 2008 is supposed to be on November 29 and 30. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, eComEx 2008 will be moved to a later date sometime in early 2009. The rescheduled date will be announced on the official website, www.ecomex.com.ph, as soon as possible.
