Do you have an idea how much are treadmills on the market? My husband and I are planning to buy one.
Since we got married (a year ago), we noticed that both of us are gaining weight especially my husband.
This is how we looked like before.
But look at us now
When we see our photos we just laugh about it. But when we learned that one of his friends died because of heart attack (he's fat too), we got worried about their health. So now we want to lose weight.
