Do you want to be fit and fashionable? Here's a fitness contest for you. Nestlé wants you to take 14 days to show off your shape and win new expensive clothes!

How to join:
1.) Register online using the registration on Nestle Fitnesse 14 Days official website.
2.) Form a group/team.
3.) Attend the weigh in event on November 14, 2009
4.) Take the 14 day meal plan
- Participants will undergo a special diet. They need to replace breakfast and one of the main meals – either lunch or dinner--for 2 weeks.
- "They are encouraged to exercise as well as eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and low-fat, carbohydrate rich foods is the best way to complement the 14-day regimen.", says Myra Garcia, Consumer Marketing Manager, Nestle Fitnesse.
5.) Invite your friends to vote for you to win the wardrobe
6.) Write one journal to summarize experience of the 14 day meal plan - no need to write several posts, but online status updates are encouraged.
- The Top 10 most popular FITNESSE 14-day diaries will make it into finals.
7.) Attend the weigh off on Nov. 28, 2009
- Everyone in the team has to lose at least 2 pounds in 2 weeks
Winners will be announced on December 10,2009.
