Recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS, not the precinct count optical scan but the Polycystic ovary syndrome. And my doctor advised me to lose some weight.
Guess what? I lose a few pounds already. Nope I'm not using pills. Though before I was really looking for diet pill that works. But I realized I can lose some weight without it. All you need is determination and dedication. I excercise everyday and eat the right kind of food. I avoid some junk foods.
I really hope I will continue to shed some pounds. I want to be slim and healthy again. And hopefully, in the next few months I'll be a mother too.
