Yes, I;m planning to lose weight however I am too lazy to exercise. Me and my friend is planning to attend some boxing training or will just hit the gym.
We can also that at home, however, we don't the right fitness equipment for us.
So if you really want to get fit and see the results there are few main things to keep in mind which I guess are the keys to any kind of fitness regime, be it weight loss, building muscles , building endurance, getting in shape.
1. It's how badly you want it, your WILL. If you want something bad you will make the right efforts.
2. Take up an exercise program.
3. Give up those old food habits.
