Cheap 2nd hand car

I always dream of having my own car. However, I don't have a budget to buy a brand new one. Maybe a second hand car will do. My budget is around P100,000. I'm eyeing for a Toyota or Nissan car.

Also, I was wondering if I can get the cheapest car insurance for a second hand car. I tried to look online but I can't seem to find the answer.
