For the last months or should I say years, everytime I in the mirror and saw nothing but fat! I'm starting to hate the mirror and the way I look.
I feel uncomfortable with my own body, I think it's time for a change. I just need dedication and motivation.
I need to change my lifestyle, start exercising. I'm thinking if I should take OxyElite Pro since I heard it can help overweight person lose the fat. Or I can try running, cycling, swimming.
I just need a combination of all the ingredients of exercise, diet and supplements to reach my desired goals.
